Frame Rush is an annual festival of screendance curated by MA Screendance students from London Contemporary Dance School.

This year's edition demonstrates the global diversity within dance, filmmaking, and bold artistic experimentation. The festival brings together emerging and international artists whose work explores play, politics, surrealism, and empathy through the body.

The Graduate Screening presents works made by the MA Screendance 2025 cohort, whose films offer insight into the broad range of approaches to film structure in contemporary dance film practice.

The International Screening presents works made by international artists, whose films centre around ritual in both personal and cultural contexts.

Both screenings will be followed by a Q&A with participating filmmakers, offering the opportunity to connect with artists and researchers engaged in the field of screendance. Designed for both specialist and curious audiences alike, Frame Rush 2026 aims to create space for dialogue and discovery.
