To coincide with Christopher Nolan's cinema release of The Odyssey, the London Literary Salon is bringing key passages from Homer's magnificent epic to life on stage at Theatro Technis.

Toby Brothers, founder of the Salon, will be joined by actor Jane Wymark, and together they'll present live readings from some of Homer's most brilliant and compelling verses, telling the story of Odysseus' ten-year journey home to Ithaca, including his perilous encounters with the Cyclops, the Sirens and Circe, and his ultimate reunion with his wife and son.

After a short interval, they'll open up the conversation with an audience Q&A exploring why this extraordinary story of adventure, homecoming, identity and hospitality still matters nearly 3,000 years later.
