Summer Intensives for Adults: Professional Class with Luke Birch

Breathe and move with fluidity.

Luke Birch teaches a dynamic release-based class which is informed by improvisation and somatic practices. The class will explore body patterns focused around energising the core of the body and connecting to the ground with our weight. The class will explore the principles of agility, use of weight and focus plus creative choreographic tasks. Live music will help inspire your movement throughout the class.

This intensive will run from Monday 10 to Friday 14 August.
