This class is all about moving from the inside out, tuning into how movement feels, not just how it looks. You'll be encouraged to explore your own unique style, discover new ways of moving, and take creative risks in a supportive space.

Working with others, you'll dive into improvisation and choreographic tasks inspired by a range of ideas, sharing, responding, and creating together.

Across the week, the class builds into a vibrant space for play, connection, and exploration, helping you unlock your creative voice and move with more freedom and confidence.

This intensive will run from Monday 10 to Friday 14 August.
