Summer Intensives for Adults: Ballet Intermediate with Marie-Astrid Mence

Whether you're returning to the barre or building your skills, this intensive helps you grow stronger and more confident. We use technique as a tool for expression, not restriction. Through simple visualisation, you'll understand the "why" behind movements cover essentials like turnout and weight transfer, so you can build a solid foundation.

Come as you are and leave with a deeper understanding of your body and more confidence in your dancing. These classes are accompanied by a live pianist.
