The streets and squares of Bloomsbury have been home to a myriad of ‘firsts’, its remarkable residents breaking new ground in everything from law and health to print and design.

Beginning at the historic Conway Hall, join humanist heritage expert Madeleine Goodall on a walk around the homes and haunts of some of WC1’s trailblazing women, discovering how they reshaped what was possible, and transformed the landscape of London itself. The walk will last approximately 2 hours, and will require a reasonable level of physical mobility. If you have any questions concerning accessibility, please get in touch.
