An immersive and playful exhibition which sees the world by the renowned celebrated artist Erwin Wurm, 'One Day Yes / One Day No' stage plants as figures of everyday.

A celebration of the anthropomorphic joy of childlike gaze, Wurm invited the local community to bring old clothes in which to dress large scale plants throughout the gallery. In the courtyard, a three-meter steel Cucumber (2020) invites the viewer into this vegetable world. Pickles, sausages and cucumbers have become synonymous with this tongue and cheek austrian artist and has become his signature symbol: “Rather than potatoes, cucumbers are an age-old non-shape. There are millions of different cucumbers. No cucumber is the same as the next, rather like people. That appeals me a great deal”, says Wurm.

Accessible to all with a gift shop and a place for coffee in a lovely day out.
