Join our next Women's Institute meeting! Ever wondered what makes kombucha so good for your gut?
Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at this fermented drink! On Tuesday 3rd February we'll visit Wild IS Earth in Kentish Town to see what happens in this urban London Lab. We'll learn how Livia Palmiero, the Founder and Brewster, ferments seasonally flavoured and carefully crafted Kombucha. We'll hear about the authentic and traditional home-brewing techniques and health-enhancing benefits of this fascinating drink. In a world where diet and chronic stress contribute to numerous modern ailments, kombucha emerges as a potential ally. Offering nutritional and digestive support, fortifying the immune system, and aiding in purging toxins from the body's bloodstream and organs. Kombucha's origins are believed to trace back to around 200 BCE, experiencing a resurgence in interest since 2000.
