Join Castlehaven on Thursday 30th October or another screening in their Health on Film series!

They will be showing Silent Men (2024, dir. Duncan Cowles), a quietly powerful Scottish documentary exploring masculinity, vulnerability, and the things men often leave unsaid.

Through honest and sometimes awkward conversations between the filmmaker and the men in his life, the film opens up space to talk about mental health, emotional expression, and connection.

Bring a friend, grab some popcorn, and join Castlehaven for an evening of reflective, thought-provoking cinema in a warm and welcoming space.
