Master the technique and strength you need to kickstart your journey into dance.

Take your dancing further with the help of a professional dance artist who will guide you through fun, challenging exercises in contemporary technique.

You'll build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you learn how to move with control and creativity. Along the way, you'll explore different styles within contemporary dance and have the chance to choreograph your own solo and group pieces.

It's a great way to grow as a dancer and express yourself through movement.

This class will be accompanied by dynamic and energising live music.
