Begin your contemporary dance journey in this friendly and supportive course for Over 60s

Designed for adults aged 60 and over, this welcoming class offers an introduction to contemporary dance in a supportive and sociable environment. With no previous dance experience necessary, you'll be encouraged to explore your creativity while building confidence at your own pace.

Guided by our experienced teacher Ellyn Hebron, you'll discover how the body can move with ease, flow and expression, while developing coordination, mobility and body awareness. Through simple exercises, creative tasks and opportunities to move through the space, you'll explore a range of contemporary dance skills. Accompanied by live music from Sara De Santis, each class offers an enjoyable way to move, create and connect with others through dance.
