Our experienced Ballet teacher, Ellyn will help you build your confidence with barre exercises, simple arrangements, and moving throughout the space using travelling steps.

Whether you are looking for a new form of exercise or aiming to progress to an improver's class, this will help you build coordination, core muscle strength and flexibility. The beautiful live music by pianist Robbie Knight will add to the experience, as you learn about its relation to dance.
