Innovative musician, composer and poet, Ricardo Curbelo takes his audiences on a colourful journey through his work Matiz, which combines traditional music from a variety of Latin American countries with many of his own spellbinding compositions on Harp, Cuatro, Maracas and Vocals.

Vibrant, energetic and jazzy pieces together with more gentle, captivating melodies and romantic songs, create a very special variety of musical experiences on a wide landscape of emotions.

The sound of his Modelo Corvado harp, which Ricardo designed and constructed himself, adds to the uniqueness of his performances, which continue to take audiences by surprise and earn him many enthusiastic compliments!

Time Out once said of Ricardo, "...he has got to be seen to be believed..." Come along and see -and hear- for yourselves!
