Update a council housing application

Update your application

If you've joined Camden's housing register you must keep your application up to date.

You must tell us about any changes in your circumstances.

We will then check the information you provide. You may not be able to bid for properties until this is completed.

You will need your:

housing application number – this is also the User ID number you bid on home connections with
security number
memorable word
date of birth of anyone listed on your application

It may take up to 30 minutes to complete, depending on your circumstances.

You can reset your security number or password if you've forgotten or want to change them.

To cancel your application, you will need your application reference number.
