Libraries across Camden are celebrating South Asian Heritage Month with a host of free activities and readings. See below for more details.
Kentish Town Library, NW5 2AA
- 26 July at 11am: join author Menesh Patel for storytime and a colouring competition (ages 5-8)
- 9 August at 11am: ancient Indian tales storytime and lotus tealight holder workshop (ages 4 – 11)
- 16 August at 11am: ancient Indian tales storytime and banana leaf bouquet workshop (ages 4 – 11)
Kilburn Library, NW6 5UH
- 15 August from 3:45pm to 5pm: come to a rangoli craft workshop and create a beautiful piece of traditional South Asian art, designed to bring you luck

- 19 August from 1pm to 2pm: a free workshop on basket weaving
