Dance the night away at The Paradise Show

Every Friday Paradise plays host to an international troupe of DJs, musicians and bon viveurs. This 60 metre unheated pool is one for the brave! Take a dip in this recently refurbished pool open from 7am to 12 noon – a few lengths will be sure to get the blood pumping!

Running burns off on average 100 calories per mile so put on your trainers and jog on. The Royal Parks offer six running routes to suit various levels of fitness and experience around Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill. With beginner routes to get you started, intermediate routes to keep things interesting and advanced routes to help develop your fitness, there’s something for everyone. So what are you waiting for?

Shop till you drop in the borough

What more of an excuse do you need to go shopping! Make the most of the pre-January sales in Camden while getting your heart rate up at the same time. Lugging heavy shopping bags around the high street will burn even more calories – so there’s even more reason to buy more gifts!

Boxing day blues jam
