There's a new restaurant and bar in town serving fresh, hearty and tasty English fare.

We’re so excited to announce the launch of The Foundry, which is the new sister restaurant and bar to our music venue The Forge on Delancey Street.

The new menu serves hearty British fare and we’re careful to pick sustainable and independent suppliers, as we’re conscious about making sure everything is in keeping with our eco-friendly values, which are massively important to the whole team.

Wherever we can, we use local suppliers, and the kitchen is busy every morning cooking and baking. We’re proud to say that everything from our breads, chutneys, marmalades, pates, cakes, biscuits and ice creams are all home made.

Our favourite dishes are the gourmet Ploughmans lunches that you can have all to yourself, or if you’re feeling generous, share with friends.  There’s a decent variety too from British Cheeses, such as Tunworth, Blacksticks Blue, or Charcuterie with our Ham Hock Terrine, Honey Roast British Ham and Chicken Liver Pate, Seafood Ploughmans with Smoked Trout and Smoked Mackerel Pate, or Vegetarian with Roasted Vegetables and Pumpkin Croquettes.

We take just as much care in our cocktails as our food and as we’re a green-fingered bunch, we grow our own herbs and spices in the indoor courtyard (it’s glass and there’s tons of light, so everything really thrives!). So our own leaves, chillis and herbs go in to our cocktails, as well as homemade marmalades, cordials infusions and syrups that make our drinks extra special. Some of our current favourites are the Strawberry and Basil Mojito, an Earl Grey Martini and a Balsamic Cobbler of blackberries, nutmeg, Tawny Port and Grappa.
