Our philosophy is to offer wholesome, locally sourced food and excellent service.  Our Head Chef Alex Grant designs our menu around the Modern British and European kitchen. From our bread to start, to our sticky toffee pudding to finish, everything is made on the premises.

A snack and lunchtime menu is also available and we are famous for Sunday Roasts.

At The Magdala we offer a fine selection of beers, wines and spirits.  We pride ourselves on our choice of seasonal British guest ales which vary every week.

Funny Fridays – monthly comedy nights, second Friday of every month. £7 entry, 10% discount on all pre-comedy food orders.
Fortnightly Quiz nights – £1 entry, cash or wine prize – you’ve got to be in it to win it!
Terrific Tuesdays – all starters £3.95, all main courses £6.95 (evening menu only)
