Join us for a fun day out for all with plenty of free opportunities to try new and exciting activities including: tai chi, nordic walking, football, bowls, street dance workshop, climbing, dodge ball and a health bus.

Plus plenty of fun for all the family including a fancy dress party, adventure playground, circus workshop, sponge throwing, face painting and live music!

Cool Zone athletics track
You can join any of the activities below between 1-5pm:
• penalty shootout
• dodge ball
• climb
• Smoothie Bike: Make your own smoothie
• bike racing
• ring toss
• street dance
• sponge throwing
• face painting
• Taekwondo/ martial arts demonstration
• Highgate Harriers athletics coaching and race 100m, 200m, 800m, relay, long jump and high jump

Camden Sports Zone
You can join any of the activities below between 1-5pm
• handball
• tai chi
• football freestyler
• Zumba
• football training zone

One O’clock club
• 1-5pm: fancy dress competition
• 2pm: fancy dress parade
• 2.30pm: fancy dress judging

Adventure playground
• 1-5pm: circus workshop

Showtime Zone
• 1-1.40pm: Picto Facto (zone 3)
• 1.40-2.40pm: Ne Me Titere Pas (zone 2)
• 2.40-3.25pm: Leandre (zone 1)
• 3.20-4pm: Picto Facto (zone 3)
• 4-5pm: Ne Me Titere (zone 2)
• 4.45-5.30pm: Leandre (zone 1)

Rugby Zone
• 1-2pm: coaching and tag rugby
• 3-4pm: second rugby session

Tennis Courts
• 1-2pm: 5-9 year old free coaching
• 3-4pm: 9-16 years free coaching

Bowls Club
• 1-5pm An introduction to bowls hosted by Parliament Hill Bowls Club

Music Zone

• 3.20pm-3.40pm COO-L set
• 3.55-4.30pm Bruvvers – 1st set

Dukes Field
• 1pm Duke of Edinburgh’s Assault course challenge

Bollywalk
• from 2pm: a fun and interactive guided walk to the beat of Bollywood with some surprises on the way! For all ages

Things to watch out for :
• Games mascots scattered around all the zones
• 1-5pm Education on the Heath with workshops by the Bandstand
• Heath Machinery Tractors Diggers
• Café food presented by Alberto
• Have a swim at our wonderful lido and join in with a special Tai Chi session in the Lido at 2pm
