Open City Docs Fest is a live festival devoted to exploring the world we live in through the vision of documentary film.
Presenting films about real life, the experiences of real people - many of whose voices are not otherwise heard - we challenge, explore and expand ideas of what documentary can be and do. With music, debate, interaction and food the festival provides stimulation and enjoyment for
everyone, provoking debate and opening minds.
The diverse programme offers more than 100 films from around the world, innovative workshops and
filmmaker-led events which take place over four summer days and nights, across venues in and around
central London and across University College London?s (UCL) WC1 campus.
Opening up a hidden part of
the city to Londoners and international visitors, the welcoming central hub is a unique, bespoke Cinema Tent and pop-up Festival Bar in Torrington Square.
Tickets start from £5 per ticket or £15/12 for a day pass available online.
Please note full programme will be available online.
