Produce your own elegant truffles and pralines and learn the trade secrets from an expert London chocolatier. Mimi Lee has 25 years’ experience in the UK, France and Belgium and specialises in chocolate art. This workshop uses Fairtrade-certified chocolate couverture imported by Infinity Foods, a workers’ co-operative in Brighton. Participants can take their goodies home.

There is a workshop at 2pm and another at 4pm. Tickets are £16 for one two-hour masterclass and must be booked in advance. Spaces are very limited so visit www.thepeoplessupermarket.org or phone the box office on 07910 459 451 to book tickets.
