Entertaining the nation

Do you love Carry On films? Can’t imagine life without The Beatles? Laughed till you cried at Sacha Baron Cohen’s Borat? Entertaining the Nation is a new exhibition at The Jewish Museum that tells the fascinating untold story of Jewish contribution to British entertainment from Victorian music hall to the stars of today.

Kentish Town City Farm

If you’re stuck for things to do with the kids over the holiday, why not get them mucking out at Kentish Town City Farm. From Monday 30 May until 5 June, children over the age of eight are invited to help muck out and work on the farm.

For younger children there’s a drop-in singsong with instruments, songs and bubbles starting at 9.30am and 10.30am for £3 (£2 concessions). Stay on for a cuppa and meet your favourite farm animals.
