7. Hampstead Observatory

Reach for the stars at this 100-year-old hidden gem. It may look a little rickety from the outside, but the view from the inside is anything but - offering a glimpse of some of the solar system's most famous inhabitants. Open every Friday and Saturday evening from September to April, weather permitting.
